Terms & Conditions

• The Travellofia and its organizers strictly prohibit the utilization of any Narcotics and Banned Substances during the tours and would not be responsible for any adversities due to the same.
• The photos/ videos content created on The Travellofia trip (by The Travellofia content creators or client s) is the property of The Travellofia and can only be used by The Travellofia Experiences for advertising across media platforms. None of the digital content can be used by anyone without obtaining the rightful permissions by The Travellofia.
• Full Payment of the trip cost must be made before the trip begins. Pending Payments may eventually lead to the Cancellation of the trip.
• No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client. Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings.
• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driveru2019s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelersu2019 safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
• Anyone missing the bus shall not be eligible for any refunds. We shall call you twice before the schedule departure. Drinking & Smoking are strictly prohibited along the tour due to health & safety concerns.
• The Travellofia shall not be responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as Natural Hazards, accident, breakdown of machinery, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incidents. We do not provide any insurance policy to cover for the expenditure on sickness or accidents or losses incurred due to theft or other reasons. Numerous factors such as weather and road conditions the physical ability of participants etc. may bring alteration in the itinerary.
• Kind of natural calamity, forced circumstances, So because of that extra stay has to be done in the trip. Guest will pay the extra amount for travel stay meals. The tour guide/coordinator or the company has all rights to take action for the safety of all.
• Weapon, Fireworks and toxic substances are not allowed at this tour Management would not be responsible for any person who has been found guilty under the Indian Law.
• The organizers reserve the rights to evict any camper anytime without any refund if his/her actions violate any camp rules or in case of any misbehavior with other co-travelers.
• The Travellofia is not responsible for your whereabout s or safet y if you are out side the camping/ hotel/Transport premises or Tour Manager/Company knowledge.
• Any Loss to the camping materials such as seat, Window, tents, pillows, mattress or any property belonging to the campsite/Hotel/Transport will is subject to full payment of Product MRP.
• The Travellofia wonu2019t be responsible for any loss or damage of Goods belonging to the travelers. Passengers responsible for their own luggage/ actions.
• All guests must carry a Govt issued Valid ID Card.
• Only campers staying with The Travellofia will be allowed in the campsite and if you intend to bring guest s from out side, youu2019ll have to Pre notify us.
• Availability of hot/cold water is not promised.
• Slots at campsite will be confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
• Management accepts no responsibility for injuries or the loss/theft of any personal property during the tour.
• Full payment done before departures.
• In case of any breakdown or in delay due to the breakdown of the transport in the way, you would have to wait until the transport gets repaired. No backup transport would be provided.
• The Travellofia is not responsible for any delays or alterations in the program or indirectly incurred expenses in cases such as natural hazards, accident s, on Road traffic jam, weather conditions, landslides, political closure or any untoward incident.
• The Travellofia is not responsible for any delay in reaching the destination due to traffic, sightseeing/ activities of the day may get cancelled if we donu2019t reach the destination on time.
• Trip organizer/coordinator has completed right to change the itinerary as per on-the-spot condition.
• Please cooperate with us in keeping the environment clean and safe.
• Registrations/Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded
