Worst experience of lifetime. Would never recommend them to anybody. They are cheaters and frauds with no professional work ethics and integrity. I cancelled my trip with them after I waited for 4 hours in a the filthy surrounding s of Kashmere gate sitting on the a road literally .My list of woes is long..... 1. After receiving initial advance they inflated the cost of the Manali package by rs 4000. 2. I was forced to defer my travel plan by one day. 3. No Volvo details were shared with us even till we were at the stop to catch the bus. The sales agent Richa and the manager kept arguing endlessly in a foul language and to our dismay no Volvo turned up till 11 pm in the night. At 11 pm a fatfat seva kinds of bus arrived and go holiday people repeatedly asked us to board that bus till Burari village where we would find the said Volvo. Our safyey7
