• * 40% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Cancellation Policy
• • Before 30 days, there is No Cancellation penalty Only we charge a small service fee of INR/- 1000 per person as a processing charge.
• • With in 30-15 days of travel, 25% of the tour payment will be charged as cancellation penalty.
• • With in 14-10 days of travel, 50% of the tour payment will be charged as cancellation penalty.
• • With in 10 – 7 days of travel, 75% of the tour payment will be charged as cancellation penalty •
• • Less then 7 days – No refund will be provided as 100 % cancellation penalty will apply
