• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• * Burj Khalifa Entrance Tickets subject to availability as per the date and time slot available at the time of actual booking, and if the tickets are not available so we will refund you the amount, but if the client really wants to opt for the tour then they can buy the ticket at the Burj Khalifa counter on the spot by paying the Rack Rate which is approx USD 110/- per ticket
