• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• Confirmation policy:-
•  We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending upon the availability from the hotels/ airlines at the time of making payments. For the confirmation of the package you can deposit the amount in any branch of UBI Bank.You can deposit by cash, cheque and online in any branch of these banks.
•  The Above package can be booked by paying token amount which is 25% of the total amount for booking.
•  The client has to complete 75% 25+50 % of total amount within one month from the booking date.
•  The remaining 25% should be complete before 7 days prior to date of arrival.
• Cancellation policy:-
•  Cancellation before 30 days of start date will be charged 20% Of Total Package .
•  Cancellations between 16 days to 30 days before start date, 35% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
•  Cancellations between 10 days to 15 days before start date, 50% of tour cost would be charged as retention.
•  Cancellations between 05 to 07 days 0f Check in 100% of the booking will be Charged
