• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• Terms & Conditions:
• • Rooms will be Non AC at Munnar & Thekkady for all category of packages if package has Munnar and Thekkady
• • The rates/quotation shared with you on Email, Phone, and Online is basis of hotels and room type mentioned.
• • In case room type not mentioned, calculation will be based on base category room in the hotel.
• • Booking will be confirm only after the receiving of advance payment and on availability of hotels mentioned, we do not block the rooms at the time of sending confirmation.
• • Above package is not valid from 20th Dec to 09th Jan OR any festival season OR Blackout days.
• • The Gala Dinner on X’mas and New Year Eve charges shall be per the hotel policy. This ies from INR 2500 to INR 5000 per person
• • In case of non-availability of rooms in the mentioned hotels, this will be communicated to you and will offer different options and the rate of packages will be increase OR decrease depends of hotel selection.
• • In case you are not convinced with the suggestive new options, advance paid will be refunded without deducting any service charge and this need to be communicated to us in next 24hrs after receiving the new hotel name/list.
• • There will be not any changes in the hotels mentioned without your concern.
• • We strongly suggest you to check review and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preference before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention.
• • GLANZ Holidays does not have any hidden charge except your Lunch/Dinner All foods will be served at houseboat only and personal expenses.
• • During the journey if someone asks for extra money, you may notify us on immediate basis. We’ll not be responsible if you paid the amount without our concern.
