Terms & Conditions

General Note:

• Rooms are subject to availability.
• Safari is non-cancellable once booked
• Booking is confirmed as per the payment policy.
• Adventure activities will be on a direct payment basis

Payment Policy

• 30% of the total package cost to be collected at the time of confirmation. Balance payment is payable 5 days before check-in.
• If the confirmation is received within 5 days of check-in, the full amount is to be collected at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation if cancellation is received before 10 days of arrival.
• 30% of the total package cost will be charged if cancellation is received between 06 to 09 days of check-in.
• No refund will be provided if cancellation is received within 05 days before check-in or in case of NO SHOW.

Payment & Cancellation Policy (Peak Dates)

• 50% of the total package cost is payable at the time of confirmation and the balance payment is before 14 days of check-in.
• Cancellation is not possible without incurring a charge for blackout dates/festive period/long weekend reservations.

• Early check-in and late Check-out will be considered, subject to availability.
