• 70% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 100% Refund will be made within working 60 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 75% Refund will be made within working 45 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 50% Refund will be made within working 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• PAYMENTS POLICY:- Initial Deposit: INR 10000, need to be deposit to process your booking. On confirmation: 70% (advance) to be deposited at the time of booking confirmation Re-confirmation: 20% (2nd installment) should be deposited 15 – 10 days before tour starts Service Voucher: (Rest Due payment) on arrival at destination only in Domestic packages. Package Exclusion :- Ø Any Airfare, Train fare, Overland Journey which is not mentioned in the Itinerary. Any Medical/rescue evacuation due to mishaps. Ø Any personal nature items like Laundry, bar bills, table bills, camera fee, tips or any other item. Ø Mineral water / Soft or hard drinks / Starters. Ø Entrance Fee Ø Any other things that is not included in the “Package Cost Includes” Column. Ø Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control Terms & Conditions :- Ø Price mentioned is on twin sharing/Double occupancy basis. Ø Bookings are applicable only on twin sharing/ double occupancy basis. Bookings are subject to availability with the hotel. Ø Transportation as per itinerary only. Ø The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost Child below 05 Yrs complimentary. Ø Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP – Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner Ø The above package rate is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends, Christmas and New Year. Ø Aliveyatra.com will provide alternate or similar category of hotel in case the hotel mentioned in program is not available. Ø The package cannot be combined with any other offer. Ø Cost incidental to any change in the itinerary/ stay on account of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and/or any factors beyond control will have to bear by the client Ø The guest must carry photo identification like Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card IN ORIGINAL at the point of check in at the hotel. Ø Aliveyatra.com reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice. Ø Aliveyatra.com does not have any hidden charges except your lunch, and personal expenses. During the Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern. Ø Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy. Package Policies: - Ø Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same as per hotel policy. Ø Extra bed rates would be charged after 2 full paying persons in a room. However in case of an extra bed request in a single occupancy room, double room rates would be charged. Ø And it will be either bed and/or extra mattress with proper bedding set up. Ø The package does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged directly from the guest at the time of check-out from the respective hotel. IMPORTANT NOTE: - 1. The above is just an offer, though the above arrangements are AVAILABLE as of now but we do not hold any booking for you on the same, this is initial proposal, in case there is any increase or decrease in the offer cost the same shall be applicable as per actual to you & as informed with prior notice & your due acceptance. 2. Other terms & conditions applicable for cancellation, amendment or refund as per vendor or supplier policy, please verify all Terms & conditions before booking or cancelling the transaction. 3. Expense excluded of personal nature like tipping, laundry, telephone/ fax calls, alcoholic beverages, camera/video camera fee at monuments, medical expenses, airport departure tax & any other item not specified in itinerary. 4. Any Increase in cost due to peak season, conventions, events and exhibitions, fuel hike, foreign exchange inflation, govt. /airport/ service tax duties or other market condition will chargeable extra. Cancellation Policy: - Ø Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 1500 per Head. 25% Between 30-20 Days before Tour Departure 50% Between 20-10 Days before Tour Departure 75% Between 10-05 Days before Tour Departure 100% on the Same Day & No show.
