Later, return to the hotel in Munnar and stay overnight!

Wake up to the early morning breakfast as you will set out on a guided drive to Thekkady that is nearby taking 4 hours on a drive. Upon your arrival in Thekkady, you will proceed to the sightseeing ventures of Thekkady that include, the world’s most fascinating wildlife reserves like the Periyar Wildlife reserve that is spread across 777 sq. km with lush green forests spread out to entice its tourists. Other than this, you can also engage in boating in the Periyar lake, visit the spice plantation, and also take a ride on the elephant. Check-in the hotel in Thekkady and stay overnight after having dinner!

After eating the morning breakfast, you will go out on a guided transfer from Thekkady to Kumarakom that is 5 hours away only. You will be driven off to the hotel where you will check-in and relax for some time. Post lunch you will go out for some sightseeing to the backwaters on the western banks of the Vembanad Lake that is spread across the 900 sq. km that you can explore with a canoe/ motorboat or a houseboat. Return to the hotel and stay overnight after dinner!
