Terms and Conditions

• More than 15 days of departure : 25% of the land package + non-refundable services, if any
• Remaining 75% before : 15 days of departure
• Within 15 days of departure : 100% Payment at booking creation

• A room can accommodate only 1 Extra bed / Mattress. It means 2 people can be accommodated easily
• with 1
• extra adult / Child. If it is a family of 2 Adults and 2 Children, it may be congested. 1 child
• will be with extra bed and 1 will be without extra bed. However it is not recommended. In budget
• category the room space can be much lesser.
• Sightseeing of Rohtang Pas and Hamta Pas is not included in the package while it is not mentioned
• specifically, Guest need to make direct payment for their visit.
• Rohtang Pass opens up around mid-May and will be closed in Mid-October.
• For Rohtang Pas and Hamta Pass Guest need to make prior arrangements at least a day before. It is
• purely subject to availability and OYO has no role to play in booking.
• Local sightseeing at few places is allowed by Taxi union vehicles only, all travelers need to
• follow the same. Car AC will not work in hills
• Car will run strictly as per the itinerary and it is not disposal unless it is not mentioned
• specifically, If customer wishes to go market separately and want to go for a late evening dinner he
• has to pay directly to the driver Driver has fixed working hours and his working time is till 7. 30
• PM to 8 PM
• Heater Charges are not included in any package and they need to pay directly to the hotel.
• Speed of Vehicle or average speed is lesser in Hill in comparison to plains. You need to carefully
• include the sightseeing in itinerary. For example Shimla to Manali or Manali to Chandigarh takes
• 8-10 hours easily although distance is not much. Guest would not be able to do sightseeing on those
• days.
• Few Hotel facilities may be chargeable or demands for security deposit, Guest need to furnish the
• same directly.
• Entrance fee would not be included unless it is mentioned specifically.
