Terms and Conditions

• 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 1. Air Fare 2. Tourism Dirham Fee which needs to be settled directly on the spot at the Hotel. 3. Travel Insurance 4. Any items of personal nature such as meals (apart from the excursion with meals i.e. Dhow Cruise with Dinner & Desert Safari with Barbeque Dinner, water), laundry, telephone calls, tips and gratuities 5. Any other items not included under the column "Inclusions”. NOTE – • Above rates are subject to change due to contracted rate/ promotional rate withdrawal by hotel or currency fluctuation or any additional taxes, services, road toll implemented by the Government without prior notice • Accommodation for child as stated in the Child policy of Individual hotels. Child below 02 years is considered infant and 02 years to 12 years are considered to be child. • All the services included in the package are compulsory and no refund will be given if any of the services are not taken. Above package cost based on twin sharing and is valid for minimum 2 pax traveling together. • Package price is not valid during major Exhibitions, Events and Block out period same will be advised at the time of booking. • Tourism Dirham which has been levied by the hotels in Dubai, same has to be paid directly by the guest at the hotel. The fee will be based on the classification of the hotel establishment, charged per occupied room per night; 5 star hotels & deluxe hotels apartments AED 20/-; 4 star hotels & superior hotel apartments AED 15/-; 3 star hotels & standard hotel apartments AED 10/-. The TD Fee is a separate fee & shall not be included in the room rate. • In the event the visa application made by Tour Participant or by the Company on his/her behalf is rejected by the consulate due to either inadequate supporting documents or for whatever reason or where the visa could not be processed due to late submission of application by the Tour Participant the Company shall not be liable for the eventuality and lead to forfeiture of booking amount paid and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained for the same. All cost, charges in respect of the said visa application shall be borne by the Tour Participant. Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. • Passport of the passengers should be valid for minimum of 06 months from the date of travel to the U.A.E. • All children under the legal age of 18 years traveling to UAE should provide following documents to process/obtain visa. • 1) Scanned Passport Copy. 2)Scanned Photograph. 3) Scanned Birth Cerificate.4)Passport copy of the person travelling with. • There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 – 07:00hrs (if not stated in the package). • Quotation might change due to currencies ROE fluctuation during confirmation and booking process. • The operation of all aqua/aerial /Safari tours would be strictly subject to weather conditions and non refundable • The above rates are not applicable during major events , islamic holidays and during New Year Eve • We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment or possessions), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any nature • The Vehicles are fully comprehensively insured . • Sandals and high heel shoes are not recommended for the desert safari and mountain trip. It is convenient to wear sport shoes or boots. Long skirts , shorts or any comfortable clothing is ideal. During the winter months, warmer clothing is necessary, particularly in the desert after dark. • When taking photographs of locals and Bedouins it is polite to ask their permission first , taking photographs of Arab women’s is not permitted. • Drinking alcohol and smoking is forbidden in the vehicle during the tour. There will be stops for non- alcoholic refreshments and smoking. • Please note that swimming during any tours is at your own risk . Guest are advised to wear seat belts at all times. Standing behind camels or teasing them is strictly forbidden. While riding a camel guest are advised to hold on the handgrips. • At Grand Mosque : The dress code is Smart Elegant or National Dress. Men : - Shirt with collar and sleeves and closed shoes, no shorts , Bermudas , baggy or torn jeans , T shirts with large / colourful prints or sports shoes , sandals are not allowed.
