regards, to my recent tour, i want to inform you that, your royal travel agent is totally experience less , they had wasted my around 55k rs during this trip due to their inexperience. they have committed me to arrange tatkal tickets in case of cancellation of 2a train tickets, on this basis i have given my tour to your agent. but at the last stage they didn't booked my tatkal tickets. due to which i have to waste 28k for flight. at that time i reconfirmed them to avoid this mistake in my retur
