• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Cancellation Policy: For Tour
• The following charges are to be applied at the time of cancellation of holiday
• • Less than 21 days prior to departure - 25 % of the total holiday cost
• • Between 20 – 11 days of departure – 50 % of the total holiday cost per person
• • Between 10 – 6 days before departure – 75% of the total holiday cost per person
• • Less than 6 days of departure – 100 % of the total holiday cost per person
