Terms and Conditions

• 30 % of total package cost must be deposited in order to confirm the bookings.
• 70 % of the package cost should be cleared before 4 days of travelling dates i.e 30% + 40%.
• Bookings can be confirmed at 30% but in some cases like special train journeys, hotel or resort bookings during the peak season X-Mas, New Year full payment is required to be sent in advance.
• Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• Cancellation made before 3-5 days of travelling date will be non refundable.
• Cancellation made before 6 - 8 days of travelling date will be 50% refunded.
