• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 1- We reserve the right to cancel any booking in unavoidable circumstances.
• 2- 25% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled after confirmation.
• 3- 50% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 45 days prior to check in.
• 4- 75% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 15 to 44 days prior to check in.
• 5- 100% cancellation of total package amount if cancelled within 15 days prior to check in.
• 6- In case of premature departure , 100% of package cost for days not availed shall be forfeited.
