• 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• - Price based on Twin Sharing per Head.
  - 50% Should be paid for confirmation and the balnce needs to be paid once you receive hotel booking confirmation.
  The operation of all aqua, aerial, safari tours would be strictly subject to weather conditions.
  - The prices are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
  - The above rates are not applicable during major events, Islamic holidays and during New Year Eve.
  - The company reserves the right to cancel any part of the program due to Government ruling, public holidays, weather conditions or similar circumstances without prior notice and these will be non-refundable.
  - Certain excursions are not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems, or senior citizens with heart conditions (infants children at your own risk).
  - We will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment or possessions), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any nature whatsoever which does not result from failure on our part to use reasonable skill and care in selecting the properties, property owners and any other suppliers we work with.
  - We will not be responsible for any claim which results from any of the following
  (a) the fault of the person(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or
  (b) the fault of a third party not connected with the provision of the contracted services which we could not have predicted or avoided or (c) the fault of anyone who is not carrying out work for us (generally or in particular) at the time.
  - In case of any injuries occurred during any of the tours, due to an accident of vehicle, our representative has to be informed for assistance.
  - Visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases, including visa application rejection.
  -The Company would not be responsible in any way in case of any refusal of an entry visa and delays in grant.
  - Standard check- in time is 1500 hours & check-out time is 1200 hours.
  - Cancellation Policy varies depending upon the hotel.
  - Our company is not liable for any Flight transactions and is not responsible for any Visa and Passport Issues.
