Terms and Conditions

• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Cost Includes:
• a. 1 Night Accommodation in Mysore with Breakfast
• b. 3 Nights Accommodation in Ooty with Breakfast
• c. AC Etios/Swift Dzire Car for 5 days for all sightseeing and transfers as per itinerary
• d. Driver allowance, parking and toll charges
• e. All applicable hotel taxes
• Cost Excludes:
• a. Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks.
• b. Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
• c. Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
• d. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances strikes, etc to be borne by the client, payable as per actuals if any.
• e. Anything which is not mentioned in the inclusions.
• NOTE:
• Availability of rooms is subject to re-confirmation at the time of booking. In case of unavailability, we will provide an equivalent grade hotel.
