Tsomgo Lake Then, drive for 3 hours and reach 12,400 feet above sea level to see the enchanting Tsomgo Lake. This ethereally beautiful waterbodyis a must on every wanderer itinerary. Deriving its waters from the melting snow, the views here are delightful and the profusion of flowers can be witnessed here in bloom. Baba HarbhajanMandir Next, visit the Baba HarbhajanMandir which is set at a striking height of 13,200. It is a memorial of Harbhajan Singh, an army official who died by drowning in a nearby stream. The fifth day calls for a really early start. Drive to the Tiger Hill at 4 a.m. where you will reach at a height of 2590 meters. This is your chance to witness the spectacular sunrise as its rays levitate over the third highest peak in the world, Mt. Kanchenjunga.

Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop
As you make your way back, halt at the Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop. The unmatched natural beauty amidst which the monastery is nestled which is a wonderful sight to behold. The Batasia Loop on another hand is unarguably one of the most picturesque train routes in all of Darjeeling.
