• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 1. Check In time 12:00 noon & Check Out Time 11:00 am as per Hotel Policies.
• 2. Rohtang pass visit is fully depend up on the availability of online permit and NGT , Himachal
• 3. Meals Timings will be as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we
• shall not be responsible.
• 4. We may have to re-schedule the sightseeing days due to bad weather or any other issues
• as to ensure smooth execution of tours.
