Cancellation Policy: • Cancellation stage: 31 or more days prior to departure. • 25% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 31 or more days before departure. • Cancellation stage: 22 to 30 days prior to departure. • 50% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 22 to 30 days before departure. • Cancellation stage: 15 to 21 days prior to departure • 75% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 21 days before departure. • Cancellation stage: Within 15 days before departure. • 100% of package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure. NOTE : Hotel might be change according to the rooms availability but star category remain same.

Just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know that we had a terrific time on vacation with our group of 4. The accommodations at the hotel Udaan wood berry more than exceeded our expectations what an absolutely gorgeous hotel it should be called the WOW Sapphire! The service was just spectacular, we truly felt pampered! We did try the restaurant and bar and had no problem getting in and for the most part the food was really very good. Free room service was a perk . We truly had a wonderful time- it was difficult to leave.whole arrangement either its sightseeing or traveling was on another level Special thanks to Baljeet she is gem person 247 available for help in any case. She is pro and it looks in her work . Never experienced such a helpful person in my life . Thanks so much for all of your help with arranging this- you did a remarkable job and we truly appreciate it! You will be hearing from us for future travel plans! Five star Fr the agency
