• · Initial Deposit: 25% of the estimated Tour Cost for blocking of hotel rooms/cabs for tour.
• · On confirmation: 50% of the Tour cost required to process the hotel/cab bookings for tour.
• · Re-confirmation:- Balance 25% to be paid 15 days prior date of commencement of the tour.
• · Service Voucher: All Hotel Booking Vouchers will be provided to you via email after receipt of 100% payments.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
