Terms and Conditions

• 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 100% Refund will be made within working 45 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 75% Refund will be made within working 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 50% Refund will be made within working 15 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• COST INCLUDES
  /• Welcome drinks on arrival.
  /• 02 nights /’ accommodation in the hotel. (02 Breakfasts & 02 Dinners)
  /• Daily your breakfast and dinner in the hotel.
  /• All transfers and sightseeing /’s by individual cab (Swift Dzire)
  /• Hotel drop from Station.
  /• Check in & checkout time 12:00 noon. (Early check in is subject to availability)
  /• All current taxes: toll, parking, driver /’s Bata, luxury & service tax.
  
  COST EXCLUDES
  /• Any monument entry fees camera fees.
  /• Any meal which is not mentioned above
  /• Any guide charges coolie Charges
  /• Any air train fare.
  /• Any heater charges.
  /• If Gala dinner will be organized in the hotel on occasion New Year chrisms then guest have to pay.
  REMARKS
  /• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  /• Base category of rooms will be provided in every package category. In case base category of rooms will not available supplement cost will be applicable for higher category of rooms.
  /• AC will not work in the hill stations.
  /• Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  /• We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth execution of tours.
  /• Cancellation and other policies are as per the norms of the company hotel.
  /• If guest is willing to go to Rohtang pass, he or she have to bear extra expenses.
  /• Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.
  /• Hotels in Himachal are categorized based on location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.; 1*, 2*, 3* and so on.
  TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  /• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
  /• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
  /• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
  AMENDMENTS CANCELLATIONS
  
  If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is nonrefundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour, a further charge will be levied as follows:-
  /• 30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is nonrefundable, advance will be charged.
  /• 30 days to 20 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.
  /• 20 days to 10 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.
  /• 10 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.
  Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company. However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.
  PAYMENT POLICY:
  /• We would be delighted to plan your holiday and confirm your reservation depending upon the availability from the hotels at the time you will make payments.
  /• You can make the payment in any of the below mentioned accounts through NEFT RTGS, online transfer and by cash or cheque deposit.
  /• Minimum 50% of the total package cost will be accepted as the booking amount
