• 25% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 50% Refund will be made within working 90 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 25% Refund will be made within working 45 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• AMENDMENTS / CANCELLATIONS. . 25% cancellation of the package cost after confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher. . 35% cancellation of the package cost before 30 days of the traveling date. . 50% cancellation of the package cost before 15 days of the traveling date. . 100% cancellations before 10 days of the travels date. . Also Note that all cancellations must be interacted in written. . If you prepone and postpone your package 10% charges will be charged on total package and it will be must to inform us in written 15 days before of your travel date. Term & Condition No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher. No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
