• * 35% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Accommodation at all the places mentioned in the Itinerary.
• Meal Plan As mention above based on fixed meals, served in the restaurant.
• Transportation round the tour As mention above.
• All sightseeing and excursion as per the Itinerary.
• All Toll Tax, Parking Includes.
• Children below 5 Years are complementary.

• We do not accommodate our Guests in Dormitories / Dharmshala.
• Sumptuous, Hygienic and pure vegetarian food as per regional taste and palate.
• Neat & clean hotels with quality service.
• Package Excludes: -
• Supplement cost of Helicopter Ticket at Kedarnath is Rs. 8,500/- Tentative Per Person.
• Air Fare / Train Fare.
• Any meals other than those specified in ‘Experience Includes’.
• Expenses of personal nature such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, liquor etc.
• Porterage during trekking.
• Ponies/ Dollies during trekking.
• Entrance fees during sightseeing.
• Destination Guide.
• Any item of personal nature like Telephone, Tips, Donations at Temples, Extended Stay or Travelling due to any reason.
• Important Notes: -
• All extras F & B and any other services availed by the customer will be on direct payment basis.
• AC and Music System in Vehicle will not be operated when we are on the Hilly Area.
• In case of odd number groups, the extra person shall be accommodated in the same room with an extra bed / mattress.
• The above rates are applicable to the Indian Nationals only.
• Any Meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non refundable.

• Mode of Payment :-
• Kindly release 50% Payment at the time of booking confirmation.
• Kindly release 50% Payment before 7 days of Check In or tour start.
• Cancellation Policy :-
• 25% of the Total Package Cost is Non Refundable.
• 35% cancellation charge of the total package cost, if cancellation between 15 to 7 days before arrival.
• 50% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancellation between 7 to 2 days before arrival.
• 100% cancellation charge of the total package cost if cancellation before 48 Hrs. before arrival.
• No refund is possible in case of cancellation after the tour starts.
• Altering the confirmed plan Not possible.
• THE CUSTOMER HAS TO BEAR THE PROPORTIONATE TOUR COST IN CASE OF EXTENDED STAY OR TRAVELLING DUE TO ANY REASON. WE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGE IN THE ITINERARY DUE TO LANDSLIDES, FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS, WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. THE ADDITIONAL COST INCURRED WILL BE IN ADDITION TO THE COST.
