• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

•  Per person rates in Rs. - applicable on 3 persons staying together sharing the same room
•  Service Tax extra included as Applicable
•  Transportation as per itinerary only not available at disposal
•  The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost
•  Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP
• Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch
• and dinner
•  The package cannot be combined with any other offer
•  In case of any irraleted activities in J & K, The Touring is not responsible for any loss and
• there is no refund in this case.
•  In any case due to heavy snow fall or any irrelated activities roads closed then there is no
• refund and cab will not go anywhere and The Touring is not responsible for any loss
•  Refund on cancellation depends upon concerned hotels cancellation policy
•  The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New
• Year
•  The Touring is not responsible for any personal loss and damage or any mishappning
• during the tour
•  Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement part/ theatre/Club/ Temple and charges for
• any activities/Games is not included
•  Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of tour, if full
• package payments not done in the given time frame your booking will stands cancelled &
• The Touring is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the
• package.
•  All two meals per day Breakfast and Dinner would be provided in specified hotel only
• where you are going to stay during the tour.
•  Travel/Medical insurance not included
•  Personal medical kit is not included
•  Expenses for personal nature is not included
•  Emergency evacuation cost is not included
•  Anything not mentioned under Inclusions in your itinerary is exclusion
• Cancellation Policy
•  Prior to 45 days or more: 40% of amount will be deducted
•  Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 50% of amount will be deducted
•  Between 30 and 21 days of departure: 60% of amount will be deducted
•  Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deducted
•  14 days prior to date of departure: 100% amount will be deducted
•  In case of no show no refund will be given
