• 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 100% Refund will be made within working 7 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 75% Refund will be made within working 15 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• 50% Refund will be made within working 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• /• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking,
  /• The above rates are not valid for Long Weekends and Festive season,
  /• Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform its respective duties as per the itinerary only,
  /• We Reserve the right to make any changes in the rates or products without prior notice.
  /• Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).

  1) Availability of Hotel is subject to availability.
  2) Early check in and Early Checkout is subject to availability and charges are completely depend upon Hotel
  3) In Case the Given hotel is sold-out. Royal Samrat Travels will provide similar Category of hotel.
  4) Rates are subject to availability of the Rooms on the date of booking & May change if categories changes
  5) For Airfare booking you have to deposit full airfare cost
