• * 10% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• Ø Children above 5 years are considered as adults.
• Ø 12 noon, Check-in & check-out.
• Ø Package shall be confirmed on receipt of 100% of advance payment
• CANCELLATION POLICY:-
• When a cancellation is made Cancellation charges per person
• Clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour or for non-payment of the balance Tour Cost within the stipulated time frame
• 20% of the Tour Cost Clear 29 to 15 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.
• 50% of the Tour Cost Clear 14 to 07 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.
• 75% of the Tour Cost Less than 06 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.
• 100% of Tour Cost
• NOTE: ** Denotes Variation in price at the time of booking. Applicable To The Aforesaid Cancellation Table-In the case of third party products, the rules relating to cancellation and the cancellation schedule prescribed by the concerned third party service provider would be applicable.
• PAYMENT POLICY:
• 1. 10% at the time of Reservation + 100% Flight/Train Cost.
• 2. 45% After confirmation of your Package.
• 3. Pay rest amount after receiving Voucher.
