7. Sri Margabandeeswarar Temple
Located 14 km from the central city , in Virinjipuram Village , is the Sri Margabandeeswarar Temple , also known as Virinjipuram Temple. It’s one of the oldest temples in Vellore and the god worshipped here is Lord Brahma , here known as Virinjan. Lord Brahma worshipped Lord Shiva here so the village was named Virinjipuram.
Sri Margabandeeswarar Temple is one of the most beautiful temples and one of the top tourist places in Vellore. 8. Kaigal Falls

The fall is formed by the Kaigal Stream , one of the two streams that flow through the Koundinya Wildlife Sanctuary. The water falls from a height of 40 feet and forms many pools at the bottom.
