"though booking done abt two months in advance, on a flimsy ground, the hotel was changed from hotel kedar to a guest house and when contested, were moved to frontier house. untidy and unkept rooms are provided, with no inhouse kitchen/dining area. with no western toilets. very upset. in case of distress, mr.abhishek and shashank doesn't pick the calls n help tourists, who are from far flung places."
