• * 100% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• • Do not treat this mail as a confirmation of booking as we are not holding any booking at the time of quotation. Price and services can be changed at the time of confirmation. Confirmation of booking is only based on written communication only.
• • The above-mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per the room availability. Otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel.
• • We reserve the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of nights in each destination and without compromising with any services.
• • The rates are valid for Indian nationals only.
• • Supplementary charges may be applicable during festival dates and other blackout dates in respective hotels.
• • Goods and service tax extra as applicable Presently @ 5% on total billing 01 July onward 2017

• • We are not holding any rooms or airline seats as of now and above mentioned is quote only, subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• • Once we receive the confirmation with payment, we will take 72 hrs. Time for operations.
• • All above tours are on SIC & all SIC Tours starts from central point located in the city centre. Also for drop off some tour may or may not provide drop off if they will provide then drop off location will be again some city centre point.
• • Tourist/local/city taxes if any needs to be paid at the hotel directly by the client.
• • First preference will be given to mentioned hotels for reservation. In case of non-availability of these hotels we shall advise the similar or next available option with supplement cost.

• • In case of no show or late cancellation after reconfirmation charges applicable as per the Hotels
