• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• * Before 31 days no cancellation.
• * Between 31 – 22 days 25% cancellation of the total invoice value.
• * Between 21 – 15 days 50% cancellation of the total invoice value.
• * Between 14 – 08 days 75% cancellation of the total invoice value.
• * Less than 7 days 100% cancellation of the total invoice value
• * No shows & early departures 100% cancellation of the total invoice value
• * Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after the tour arrangements have commenced.
• **Certain Hotels impose stricter cancellation policies which will be advised separately.
