• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• The above rate is not valid for long weekend, holidays, festivals. The rate can be changed without any prior notice. The rate is treated as quotation. Hotel and rates are subject availability
• The air fare/railway fare is not included in the package , it is only land package.
• Guide, entrance fee, any other services are not included in the package. The traveller has to bear directly.
• Items of personal nature like tips, laundry, telephone, beverages etc
• Entrance fee / Local Guide / at any place during the tour
• Meals not mentioned in the “Inclusions” section.
• Anything not mentioned in the package includes section.
• Additional sightseeing or usages of vehicle not mentioned in the itinerary
