•  50% of the Total payment to be made before 45 days of the departure for visa processing.
•  100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
•  45 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.50,000 per person
•  44-30 Days prior to Departure 50% of the Tour Cost
•  29-0 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
• REMARKS
•  Local Taxes are included.
•  Tip to the tour guide is included.
•  We dont accept about changing itinerary once the cost and confirmation is finalised.
•  If the Hotel mentioned is not available then a hotel of similar type will be offered.
•  Itinerary can change in consequence of the weather, a traffic jam or some occurrences.
•  Wifi Rental fee：750JPY per 1Day LTE
•  Package Cost is valid for min 40 pax travelling together.
•  In case the group size decreases there would be a supplement that would be applicable.
