Terms and Conditions

• 1st Instalment : 25% at the time of booking
• 2nd Instalment : Balance 1 month prior to departure date
• If t he tour has to be cancelled, then the amount will be repaid after curtailment as per the following rates :
• 91 to 120 days before tour starts - 90% of total tour cost
• 61 to 90 days before tour starts - 80% of total tour cost
• 45 to 60 days before tour starts - 75% of total tour cost
• 16 to 44 days before tour starts - 60% of total tour cost
• 8 to 15 days before tour starts - 40% of total tour cost
• 4 to 7 days before tour starts - 20% of total tour cost
• 00 to 3 days before tour starts - 0% of total tour cost
• After tour
• Visa Application Policy & Conditions :
• • Minimum 5 to 6 working days (Friday & Saturday Holidays) are required to issue a visa.
• • Visa fees are non refundable once the visa has been applied.
• • Passport validity should be more than 6 months before the travel date
• • If the Visa fee increased BHRAMANTI TOURISM reserves the right to add the additional fees to the above rates without prior notice.
• • The immigration authorities of UAE (Dubai) have the sole right to issue or refuse a visa application. BHRAMANTI TOURISM is not responsible for any refusal of visa and accordingly full visa charges would be applicable.
