Family Getaway 3 Days 2 Nights Kullu Spa and Wellness Vacation Package

Worst ever experience of the lifetime. Go holiday are crooks and fraud who cheat on innocent customers to make money.I had to cancel the deal after waiting for four hours for the Volvo(included in the package deal for 4 nights stay at Manali.)booked through them after which I was left along with my three little kids on the desolated stranded road till 11 pm in the night. My list of woes with this agent you recommended is endless.... 1. After receiving the initial advance payment they inflated the cost of the package by 4000 rs. 2. We were even forced to defer our travel dates unethically. 3. TheManali package booked by us included Volvo, hotel and sight seeing. However even till reaching the bus stand the Volvo tickets,seat no, travel details and operator details were not shared with us. All we knew was that some Volvo will arrive at 8:30 pm. 4. At 11 pm after 4 hours of waiting, a phat phat seva kinds third grade bus arrived and the sales staff ms Richa as well as the manager Mr Ajay argued with us to board this bus till Burari village where we would find our so called Volvo. Harrassed and exhausted with 3 little children forced to be on roadside we were reluctant but agreed. The irony was that the bus driver asked us to show the tickets which we never had because they were never shared with us despite repeated requests. To our dismay he left us on the filthy desolayed road. My family's and my safety and security was severely and unethically compromised upon. Worst was yet to come as the crooks despite promising refund refused to do so and confiscated our money. They stopped picking our phone calls. I have never seen such blatant breach of trust. It's thoroughly disgusting and has caused me and my family a lot of agony besides loss of mandays professionally as we had already applied for leaves. They are even using harsh language and told us "Jo karna hai woh kar lo, koi money refund nahi hoga,,.". They are experts at extorting money by making false commitments and never honouring them. Buyers beware of such crooks, else you are in for alot of trouble and a spoied vacation plan. Thoroughly disgusting and deeply agonising experience. Beware beware...........
