• Advance Booking amount is Non refundable. No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Entry Fee / Cable car / any monument entry charge will be direct payable by customer.
• As per government and Traffic rules Vehicles is not allowed in all Roads in some cities. So in some case your cooperation required to run the trip smoothly.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case-to-case basis.
• Flight rates are subject to dynamic nature. AC will not work on Hill area. Currently applicable Govt. Service Tax @ 3.75%.
