Terms and Conditions

• A) Booking Reconfirmation Procedure :
• 1) Confirmation: After successfully processing the booking, a confirmation with a booking confirmation will be sent to you.
• 2) Re-Confirmation: All bookings has to be re-confirmed with us minimum 07 days prior to the date of arrival along with confirm arrival details, failure in doing the same we will considered ascancellation and in such cases the advance deposit (B1) will be retained as processing fee.
• B) Payment Terms:
• 1) Initial Deposit: Any confirmation is subject to an advance deposit of 30 % of the total amount has to be paid immediately after we process the booking. Out of Which 10% will be non-refundable.
• 2) Payment Modes: Payment can be remitted through Bank transfer either by cash or Cheque (subject to realization)
• 3) All cheques and DD’s should be cleared as per the terms mentioned above.
