• 2.) We shall release the booking without prior intimation if payment not received.
• 3.) Ground arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation based on the hotel or similar category. Surcharges apply if alternative is offered at higher rate subject to client’s acceptance.
• 4.) Any unutilized services included in the package are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Full cancellation applies once booking is confirm.
