Terms and Conditions

• a All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice and subject to availability at the time of booking.
• b Respective service providers reserve the right to amend prices without any prior notice. Actual prices at the time of booking will be applicable.
• c Any changes in local taxes between the time of quoting and actual booking will be appended to the quoted prices and included in the final invoice.
• d Usage of transport, wherever included in the quote, will be strictly as per itinerary and for the mentioned services only. Any additional usage of transport will be charged extra and payable in cash directly to the transporter, unless agreed upon otherwise.
• e Full day transport usage limited to 08 hrs / 80 kms and half day transport usage limited to 04 hrs / 40 kms, unless mentioned otherwise. Usage for additional hours / kilometres will be charged extra and payable in cash directly to the transporter, unless agreed upon otherwise.
• f Surcharges may apply for single travellers.
• g Child prices quoted are subject to child age policy for the respective service provider which may y for different destinations / service providers.
• h Prices include only the services mentioned above.
• i Prices do not include domestic and / or international flights / trains / coaches / ferries, unless mentioned otherwise.
• j Prices do not include any meals / beverages, unless mentioned otherwise.
• k Prices do not include tips / gratuities to drivers / porters / hotel & restaurant staff, unless mentioned otherwise.
• l Prices do not include usage of mini-bar, telephone calls, laundry, room service etc., other items of personal nature and any other service which is not mentioned in inclusions above.
• m Prices do not include expenses arising out of reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities landslides, floods, earthquakes, storms, floods etc., flight delays, excess baggage, rescheduling or cancellation, accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, war, change of airline or hotel policies etc.
• n Quote not valid if there is any change in the no. of pax / travel dates / routing / hotels / room categories / transport categories.
• o Prices not valid for peak / event / convention / exhibition / trade fair / public holiday periods, long weekends, school holidays, unless mentioned otherwise.
• p Surcharges may apply for arrival departure transfers during late night / early morning.
• q Prices subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuation of currency exchange rates.
• r Free / Complimentary Tours are compulsory and have to availed only on the date / time mentioned; no price reduction if not availed / utilized.
• s No refunds are allowed for no-shows / unutilized services / early check-out.
• t Standard check-in time for hotels: 1400 – 1500 hrs / Standard check-out time for hotels: 1000 – 1200 hrs. Local regulations y for different countries. Early check-in / late check-out not guaranteed and strictly subject to availability & at the discretion of the hotel.
• u It is deemed our detailed terms and conditions applicable have been read, understood and agreed upon.

• You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy below.
• Cancellation charges per person
• a Between 30-16 days of departure: 50% of tour cost
• b 15 days to date of departure: 100%.
• c In case of no show or cancellation after the tour has commenced: 100%
• If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
• a We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. Occasionally,
• we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the
• earliest possible date. We also reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you.
• b If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control for instance, bad weather:
• c we shall first try to offer you alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced;
• d If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged from you on a pro-rata basis depending on
• portion of the tour standing utilized by you
• e In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited refunding to you the price we charged as the tour fees .
