In January 2016 we, 6 member family group visited Manali for a tour of 3 nights / 4 days. When we arrived in New Delhi Airport,they came to greet us.Until that time they have not received any advance payment we made in our country.But they have booked Hotels,Transport etc. while taking a risk in the business. That was most admirable feature of Vacation Lifters Pvt.Ltd. At the Hotel in New Delhi we made the balance payment assuming one day, my advance payment will reach them.

Every thing was arranged to our satisfaction,we enjoyed the tour thoroughly. At the end they met us in New Delhi again to say goodbye.After returning to our country a month later they have received my advance payment.What a delay,but we did not suffer a little.
These are the good qualities, a travel agent must have. I wish them to prosper in business.
