• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• INSURANCE Included in the package for the passengers up to the age of 70 years. For the Tourists above the age of 70 Years additional Insurance Charges is to be paid. For the same a separate Money receipt will be issued.
• Excludes:-
• Urgent visa charges.
• Oversees Medical Insurance.
• Any increase in Airport Taxes, Fuel Surcharge, Visa fee will be payable by passenger.
• Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.
• Any room service will be chargeable.
• Cost of sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides etc. not included in the itinerary.
• All kind of tips to drivers, waiters, guides, representative, Fuel Surcharge, etc.
• Any increase in rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to departure.
• Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us.
