It is also base for many exciting treks that lead to the high altitude of Himalayan Lakes. Experience the horse ride up to Thajiwas glacier and then enjoy the sledge riding on snow on direct payment. After around 6PM, return to the hotel to have dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.

Initially known as Hajan valley, this valley became very famous as most portions of the movie are shot in this area, and hence the name is changed as the name of the movie itself!
Have lunch and then proceed on a trip to Aru valley which is around 11 kilometers from Pahalgam which is known for scenic meadows and mountains. It is the base camp for trekking the Kolahoi Glacier and Tarsar Lake along with the village located on left bank of Aru River which is tributary to Lidder River. Overnight stay at Pahalgam.
