Drive back to Srinagar with fond memories of south Kashmir. Covering a distance of over 100 km in 2 hours check in to your houseboat. Relax and loosen up your muscles for a famous dal lake. Our driver will guide you to the Shikara wala who will enthral you with the mesmerising shikara ride of dal lake. You should definitely ask him to take you to Char Chinar and Kabootar ghar which lie in the centre of Dal lake as a small Island. On the way you could also visit the famous Parimahal known primarily for being the musical court of Mughal King Shah Jahan. A trip to Srinagar without visiting Mughal gardens is incomplete. Mesmerize yourself with the Mughal Gardens of Emperor Shahjahan which include Shalimar Garden, Nishat Garden and Cheshmashahi Garden. It is a shame if we come to Gulmarg and don’t enjoy the highest cable rope car in the world famously known as Gondola. It can take you up to the height of 16, 000 ft. above sea level and will mesmerise you will the glaciers of Khilanmerg and Afarwat. A word of caution, it is cold there so brace yourself with warm clothes and accessories. If you have a nick for winter sports then you could buckle up yourself for snow skiing, sledging, snow bikes and ATV bikes. Drive back to Srinagar for your night stay, Appease your hunger with international cuisine and retire to your bed.
