• • 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• • Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• Cancellation Policy
• We would love to host you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process make sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds from Dreams Tour Makers Side.
• All Cancellation request need to be sent in written email from the same email id which was used to make booking and have to be reconfirmed by replying our cancellation confirmation email. Refund for cancellation may y for the ious services booked and as per our policy below:
• If booking is cancelled between 45 days to 30 days prior to arrival date, whole of the advance payment is eligible for refund deducting the transaction charges for receiving advance payment, sending refund, any cancellation charges levied by airlines for flight ticket cancellation, train ticket cancellation charges by Indian Railways and cancellation charges by hotels booked. In addition, please note that domestic plane tickets are non refundable and train tickets have cancellation penalty that will not be credited back to you.
• If booking is cancelled within 07 days of arrival, no refund will be made out of advance payment given to us.
• • Cancellation of part of your itinerary after arrival: each situation will be analyzed in a fair way on a per case basis.
• • In case of cancellation/delay of any flight, air companies have their own policy to help their respected clients. Due to any cancellation/ delay of flight it there is any extra cost has to go to your account.
• • In case of cancellation / delay of any train, each situation will be analyzed in a fair way on a per case basis and your will be responsible for any non refundable portions of the ticket.
• • We advise our client to subscribe to travel insurance at home country at the same time they purchase their international flight tickets.
• • Dreams Tour Makers cannot be responsible for problems due to events that are not under our control Weather, Political Demonstrations, Airline, Train Delays Traffic Jams and Floods ETC
• You need to pay at least 25% of the booking amount as advance to make a booking confirmed for tour plan with Dreams Tour makers.
• You need to deposit 25% of the tour packages charges in advance to Confirm trip

• Note : All Sightseeing tours can be modified as per your convenience. You can skip or add some monuments of your personal choice. Also you can change time.
