Terms and Conditions

• * 30% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Terms & Conditions:
• * Minimum Cancellation charges Rs. - 3000/- per person after ensuring booking.
• * 45 Days before journey date Rs. - 3000/- + 20% extra of the total tour valueper person
• * 30 Days before journey date Rs. - 3000/- + 30% extra of the total tour valueper person
• * 07 Days before journey date Rs. - 3000/- + 60% extra of the total tour valueper person
• * No cancellation will be allowed before 72 hours from date of journey
• * No cancellation is accepted over telephone, SMS or Whats app
• * For cancellation of booking please provide your original receipt in our office
• * IGST applicable on all type of bookings.
• * Management will not undertake any loss/damages of life & accident/Theft / robbery or any other happening during the tour.
