• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• · Any meal unless specified above.
• · Any Guide Services.
• · Any Air fare/ Train Ticket.
• · All entrances fees to monuments.
• · Personal nature expenses like telephone / laundry bills etc.
• · Airports tax and travel insurance etc.
• · Services not specified above.
• GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGERS
• · There is very limited space for luggage in the chopper. Only 5 kg luggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers bringing excess baggage would not be allowed to take the same in the chopper.
• · The departure & arrival timings are subject to some changes due to bad weather conditions & any unforeseen circumstances.
• · Passengers should carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be kept in the helicopter.
• · All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry personal medical kit.
• · At these locations, it becomes cold throughout, so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
• · Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket & there is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
• · All resorts are of standard category & have quality beds, hot water, towels, shower and western toilets.
• · All the resorts in Chardham sector mainly serve vegetarian Non Onion & Non Garlic food & is served as buffet in the dining hall. Room service is limited only to ailing or old guests.
• · Passengers must disclose their actual weight at the time of booking since seats are allotted in a helicopter after considering the maximum payload a helicopter can fly with. Passengers are likely to be off loaded if the actual age ies considerably & without any refund.
• · In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try them to visit all places within the stipulated time. If this is also not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilized sectors through proper channel.
