Booking Policy

  • You will be required to pay a deposit or make a booking amount payment for your booking at the time of booking.
  • Where you only pay a deposit, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you in mail.
  • You must pay the balance of your holiday/Airlines by the due date as per given payment schedule to you at the time of booking. In case the payment is not received as per the schedule, your booking may stand cancelled and cancellation fees set out in the Booking Conditions may be payable by you.
  • If you fail to pay your balance as per the due dates given in the payment schedule then pay the late payment fee of 5000 INR will be charged from you in addition to your balance payment


Cancellation Policy

  • Any Time cancellation after booking 6000 INR per person for Hotel/Resort/Land package Booking as a assistance/consultancy fee plus hotel/Resort/Land package cancellation charges
  • Airline Cancellation as per their Policy (Service Chg is Non-Refundable)
  • Cancellations before 30 Days prior to the date of arrival 60 % of the total invoice amount will be charged for Hotel/Resort/Land package
  • Cancellations before 16 days prior to the date of arrival 85% of the total invoice amount will be charged for Hotel/Resort/Land package
  • Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the date of arrival 100% of the total invoice amount will be charged for Hotel/Resort/Land package
  • All No-Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total invoice amount on the basis booked
