The agent changed hotels on confirming our programme and eventually we had to pay some additional amount to get few hotels of our choice. At Uttarkashi we had problem getting the confirmed accomodation. We also faced uncertainty with the booking of helicopter services for the Kedarnath trip which got resolved only on the day of the Kedarnath journey. More professional approach was expected.
