Terms and Conditions

• 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 50% Refund will be made within working 15 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• • All Goa Hotel check in 2pm & Check out 11am. Early check in / late check out applicable charges extra. Your Trip Includes : - 1. Pick up & drop from station / airport. 2. Stay for 3N in an AC double bed base category room. 3. Meals : Fixed menu MAP plan : 3 breakfast, 3 Dinner. 4. One Day local North Goa fixed route sightseeing in sharing Coach basis. 5. One Day local South Goa fixed route sightseeing in sharing Coach basis. 6. Usage of swim pool with proper attire as per resort rules. 7. Hotel & Applicable Taxes. Quote is valid for confirmation till next 7 days, the Pricing is dynamic and highly prone to change, Black out Dates like long Weekends, Festivals, Diwali & New Year period would be having extra surcharges. Exclusions : 1. Anything which are not in the inclusion list. 2. Any airfare / train fare not included, Any personal expenses like laundry, phone, porterage, Insurance. 3. Any Covid Testing, Quarantine charges before or after tour, E Pass booking, are excluded. 4. Extra meals or room orders, mineral water cold drink, medicine, insurance, entry fees, boating or river cruise, 5. Any extra expenses incur or loss due to political bandh, Pandemic lock down, weather trouble, vehicle malfunctions, flight or train delayed, are to be borne by the guest. 6. If you arriving early than check in time or planning to checking out later than the hotel’s official time, then pl let us know prior to booking, it will be charged extra subject to availability. Kindly note : 1. This is only a Quote and not a confirmation for travel arrangement, so the rooms at hotels are subject to availability at the time of booking by the guest. Rates are prone to changes. 2. Guest must carry original valid ID – Address proof at the time of check in at Hotel. 3. Included SIC (Seat in coach) Tours shall be conducted in non AC sharing coach on fixed route & timing basis only 4. Any Extra mattress for 3rd Persons / Kids shall be placed on floor only, cot is not there, there is no guarantee for any specific choice of floor or adjoining rooms each other. 5. Station / airport / bus stand arrival -pick up & drop can be done between 7am to 7pm timing. Extra charges applicable for other timing pick up / drop. Madgaon rail station pick up and drop shall be done on extra charges if the same guest staying in North Goa hotels. 6. Once booked, any type of change or modification in the tour plan shall invite extra additional charges. 7. If booked on extra charges, the Private vehicle sightseeing shall be done for 8 hours or 40 Kms whichever is earlier basis during 9am to 6pm day time. Extra running of vehicle with Kms and late Hours will invite extra charges to pay on the spot to driver. Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy :- 1. Any land package tour cancelled within 7 working days of the tour start date will be Non - refundable. 2. Any Cancellation made before 7 days of tour start date will be charged 50% retention (deductions) amount of the total tour amount cost. 3. Cancellation can be processed only on receiving request from the original guest who has booked the tour. 4. Any airfares cancellattion will be refunded according to the concerned airline policy and refunds received to our accounts.
