• 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• 100% Refund will be made within working 30 days days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• Cancellation Policy I. Cancellation charges per person II. 30 or more days before departure: 50% III. Between 29 to 1 days before departure: 100% NOTE I. In case of natural mishap like landslide, flood, ice melting, roadblocks, the company must not have held responsible & there will be possibility of change in the itinerary, the travelers are expected to co-ordinate as per the instructions. II. If Tsongmo Lake/Baba Mandir trip is canceled due to rode closure then alternate trip to South Sikkim or Gangtok Local sightseeing would be done. III. The travelers must carry Valid Indian Passport, Indian Voter ID Card or Driving License & 04 Passport size photographs if travelling IV. We will take all the safety measures for any adventure sports/activities that we organize with your consent. V. However, if some accidents, deaths or mishap occurs, the company must not have held responsible. VI. It will be entirely your risk and decision to involve in such adventurous activities/sports.
